Mr.Bally, the stones are so heavy how would people be able to lift them? [Check out the following link and let me know what you learn! http://www.bradshawfoundation.com/stonehenge/how.php ]

I learned learned that when people first constructed Stonehenge that it took 1,700 to make it in final position. I also learned that each stone weighed about 50 tons and it took 1,100 people had to pull and it took 10 years for all of the rock to get into position. It is very surprising for me that the rocks were that heavy and it took that long to get into position. Also when you go on foot on what Mr. Bally put up, you learn more about Stonehenge. From the website I learned that the inner area contains a sarcen horseshoe which describes it shape when you look from above. I also learned that the is a Blue Stone Ring which is the second ring in the area and it is made of smaller stones and that there are thirty of them. One last other thing I learned is that Mr. Bally puts up a ton of great stuff on his blog. [Cool!]
