Mr. Bally:
this is really interesting. i had no idea that the water in a bog could turn hair a different color.

This website was really cool.... i was also wondering if the other bodies were laid peacefully? Also, if he was hanged... were the others hanged? and did he volunteer to be hung or why did they choose him to be hanged?

[Good questions...]

Also, if Tollund man was hanged then why does he look like he's sleeping and got into the position he is in by himself?

how are features of the body still there??

[Preserved by being in the bog which kept out oxygen.]

that's a really cool website. when they talked about the other woman who they found close to the tollund man, was she hanged just like the tollund man? I thought the tollund man was the only tollund man person. why did they choose him over the others? I learned last year that some religions killed people every day for god or something like that, did the religion where tollund man was found do that? do you know if tollund man had a mom or dad that was in the royalty group and the citizens didn't like that like the king tut story? thanks a lot. that really helped. it makes me curious about a lot of things...

Wow! this is a really good web site for modern archaeologists. It gives a lot of info on what his life could have been like. Like what he ate and that he may have been sacrificed.

Mr. Bally,
this is such a cool website. Tollund man looks like he was sleeping. How come he was almost 40 and was 5 foot 3? That doesn't make sense to me. also how come there were 2 other people that had also been killed near him and just chose to do him???
